Rochester police have arrested two people on murder charges for a shooting last month at Monroe Avenue and Woodlawn Street.
Police say there was a confrontation around 1 a.m. April 9 when Kyrique Massey and Sohn Travis both fired at 19-year-old Matthew Williams.
Williams died at the scene. A man and a woman were wounded.
Both Massey and Travis have prior felony convictions and were prohibited from having guns. Massey completed parole from a weapon conviction in October.
