An arrest has been made following a store robbery in Mumford yesterday.
The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office says they arrested Nicholas Donoghue with the help of Caledonia Police and the Livingston County Sheriff’s and charged him with robbery and grand larceny.
Authorities say after the robbery at Free Style Mercantile, the vehicle deputies were looking for was spotted in Livingston County.
After a short chase, Donoghue was taken into custody and taken to the hospital for treatment of a K9 dog bite.
Donoghue is currently on Parole for a third-degree rape conviction.
