Another annual summer festival in Rochester has been called off.
After reviewing state COVID guidelines and consulting local health officials, the Park Avenue Revitalization Committee has canceled the Park Avenue Summer Art Festival for the second straight year.
The festival is usually held the first week of August.
The decision follows the recent decisions to cancel the Corn Hill Festival and scale down the Lilac Festival.
The Rochester Jazz Festival is moving this year out of downtown to the RIT campus in Henrietta.
