Rochester's Villa of Hope is holding a virtual groundbreaking today for a new integrated substance abuse recovery and mental health facility in Greece.
With help from State grants, a detox center and an outpatient clinic - are being built in Greece.
The detox center will be the first community, agency-run inpatient center of its kind in Monroe County.
The two new centers will serve people ages 16 and up.
