Governor Cuomo is expanding capacities as COVID rates decrease across the state.
The governor said starting next Monday, museum and zoo capacities will go up to 50% capacity.
In addition, movie theater capacity will go to 33% on Monday, while indoor large arenas will be raised to 25% starting May 19th.
Cuomo added now is the time for reopening, rebuilding, and renewal.
