The website businessinsider.com says Rochester is the best city in the Northeast to live after the pandemic.
The rankings are based -- in part -- on cost of living, housing affordability and opportunities to work from home.
Ithaca was Number 2 on the list, Syracuse was Number 3, and Buffalo was Number 7.
Others in the top 10 included State College and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and Burlington, Vermont.
