The Buffalo Bills will allow a full stadium this season...with a big caveat.
Erie County Executive Marc Poloncarz says anyone attending a Bills game must be fully vaccinated.
They must also be able to verify their vaccination status by using the recently-released Excelsior App.
Poloncarz says there will be no exceptions to this policy for anyone entering the newly-named Highmark Stadium.
