Serial Ontario County Flasher Accused Again

A man with a long history of exposing himself to children has been charged again.

Paul Goodrell, of Canandaigua, is accused of exposing himself to an 11-year-old girl at a store in the Town of Hopewell on January 2.

He was arrested Friday in the Ontario County lockup -- where he's been held since a similar allegation on the same date, involving a 15 year-old girl.

Goodrell has been described as a serial flasher, with convictions dating back more than thirty years in Erie, Monroe, Ontario and Cayuga counties. He was paroled last fall.

The new charges include public lewdness and endangering a child.
