Just days after announcing plans to reopen school five days a week, the Hilton school district is modifying those plans.
The district blames the recent increase in COVID cases and the state's new guidance.
Students from kindergarten through 6th grade will return to the classroom on April 19 with three-feet social distancing.
But seventh through 12th graders will continue hybrid learning until the COVID numbers come down.
