Monroe County is reporting another 222 confirmed cases of COVID since Saturday.
That's down from the last several days and brings the 7-day average of daily cases to 253.
Nearly two-thirds of the latest cases are in people under 40.
The daily rate of positive tests is still climbing, and is now averaging 3.1 percent -- about where it was was in early February.
More than 58,000 cases have been confirmed in the county in the past 13 months, and 1210 people have died.
