2nd Arrest in Death of Rochester Bicyclist

A second arrest has been made in the death of a Rochester man who was killed last month while riding a bicycle on Jay Street.

Police have also charged 21-year-old Michael Nash with second degree manslaughter and evidence tampering in the death of Kerry Traver.

Traver was riding his bike on Jay Street when he was hit by a car driven by 18-year-old Benzino Reed and killed.

Police say Reed was drag racing Nash at the time.

They say both suspects left the scene, and both were involved in selling Reed's car to Northside Salvage and having it crushed in order to destroy evidence.

Nash was on probation according to police.
