A baby critically injured after his father jumped with him from a Rochester parking garage, has been released from the hospital.
Rochester Police said the baby’s father was holding the baby when he jumped from the top floor of the South Avenue parking garage last month.
The man died at the scene.
Police said the family was from out of state and was in Rochester to visit an ailing family member.
