A Rochester man is facing charges he received and distributed child pornography.
Federal prosecutors say 54-year-old John Geimer was tracked down by investigators over the internet.
Geimer's home was searched after porn files were linked to his IP address.
Authorities found photos and videos, some apparently taken on a Go Pro camera concealed by Geimer in a water park, capturing images of children in their bathing suits.
Geimer was previously found guilty in 1989 of second-degree sexual abuse involving a child less than 16 years old.
He was sentenced back then to a conditional discharge.
He's being held pending a hearing in federal court on April 6th.
