Rochester police say charges are possible against the father in a dirt bike crash that killed his 9-year-old son.
It happened yesterday afternoon in the parking lot at Franklin High School.
Police Captain Frank Umbrino says the father and son were riding together when the father lost control and crashed.
Police say it does not appear either rider had been wearing a helmet.
It's not clear if the dirt bike was street legal.
The investigation is continuing.
