A Monroe County Grand Jury has indicted 31-year-old Robert Reen Jr for second degree murder. The Rochester man is charged with shooting and killing his younger brother nearly a month ago on Lapham Street.
Police responded to a home on Lapham Street near Lake Avenue where they found Jordan Reen in the street suffering from a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Police locked down the neighborhood after learning Robert Reen might have fled into a home armed with a gun, but Reen wasn't there. He later turned himself in to police.
