Southern Tier Republican Congressman Tom Reed is being accused of sexual misconduct.
Former insurance company lobbyist Nicolette Davis tells "The Washington Post" that Reed touched her inappropriately while he was drunk at a pub in 2017.
She says Reed's hand was on her back, outside her blouse, and he unhooked her bra -- then put his hand on her thigh.
Davis says a person on her side pulled Reed away when she asked for help.
Reed told The Post in a statement, “This account of my actions is not accurate.”
Reed has said in recent months that he is considering running for governor.
He is married and has two children.
