Rochester Police say an investigation is underway after they were called to Lyell Avenue this afternoon for the report of a person on fire.
When police arrived, the victim was being treated by first responders for burn wounds. The victim was taken to the hospital and is listed in critical condition.
Police say they are working to determine if this was an intentional criminal act or an accident.
