Arrest Warrants Against Rochester Woman Dropped

Prosecutors have dropped an arrest warrant against a Rochester mother who failed to appear in court after her controversial arrest on a trespassing charge.

Her arrest took place on Portland Avenue, and she was pepper sprayed and handcuffed by police after she ran while holding her three-year-old daughter.

Prosecutors have also dropped the trespassing charge which led to that arrest. One officer remains on administrative leave as the incident is investigated.
