Paroled Man Driving With Suspended License Facing charges in a Fatal Crash

A man on parole and driving with a suspended license is facing charges in a crash that killed a 78-year-old Brighton woman.

Thirty-year-old Agape Towns is charged with unlicensed operation and traffic tickets in the crash Sunday evening on Clifford Avenue in Rochester.

He was driving a car that reportedly crossed the center line and hit another car. A passenger in the second vehicle, Mary Mills, was killed.

Towns is on parole from a robbery conviction.
