Police have made an arrest in a Rochester homicide.
Thirty-three-year-old David Alvarez was shot 13 times and killed in October in a parking lot on North Clinton Avenue.
The investigation led to the arrest yesterday in York, Pennsylvania, of 26-year-old Steven Berrios-Rivera.
Police say the men did not know each other, and Alvarez was shot during an argument about a traffic accident.
Berrios-Rivera us charged with second-degree murder and is awaiting extradition.
