Attorneys representing the officers in the Daniel Prude case want a judge to hear their objections before she unseals grand jury minutes.
The lawyers say they were surprised by the attorney general's announcement that the judge ruled the minutes could be made public.
The grand jury did not indict the officers on any charges connected to Prude's death last March.
Attorneys for the officers say they want a chance to review the minutes and determine if any redactions are necessary.
