GOP Reps Want to Subpoena Cuomo Over Nursing Home Deaths

Republicans in Congress are calling for Governor Cuomo to be subpoenaed to testify about his administration's handling of nursing home residents during the pandemic.

GOP members of the Oversight and Reform committee want to look into any connection between the number of deaths at those facilities and the governor's directive that the nursing homes take in people from hospitals who tested positive for COVID-19.

Democratic Congresswoman Carolyn Maloney is the head of the committee.

She hasn't said if the governor will be subpoenaed or not.
