No Arrests During Protest Following Prude Case Verdict

Rochester police are not reporting any arrests during a nearly five-hour protest of last night.

The protesters gathered on Jefferson Avenue -- at the spot where Daniel Prude was restrained last march.

They marched to a police building on Child Street then blocked westbound traffic on 490.

The march continued east on the expressway and ended at the Public Safety Building. Police say some in the crowd climbed over barricades before they dispersed.

The police department says officers showed "incredible composure" while taking verbal attacks.
