The New York State Fair will return this year, but only if it's safe.
Governor Cuomo said yesterday there's still time before a final decision has to be reached.
Last year, the fair was canceled due to concerns over the spread of COVID-19.
This year's fair is scheduled to run from August 20th until September 6th.
If it goes forward, the state would likely issue health and safety guidelines to protect people from the coronavirus.
