State COVID-19 Vaccination Shipments Delayed

Winter storms around the U.S. are holding up deliveries of COVID-19 vaccine doses to New York State.

Governor Cuomo says nearly all the doses allocated to the state for this week have been delayed.

He says the delay will pose logistical challenges, but he says the state is working closely with local health departments, hospitals, pharmacies, and health centers to reschedule appointments.
