The Rochester Police Department has released the names of the officers involved in handcuffing and pepper-spraying a 9-year-old girl earlier this month on Harris Street.
They say Officer Alexander Lombard has been suspended, Officer Chad Brady is on Administrative Leave, Officer Adam Bradstreet is on Administrative Leave, and so is officer Hannah Schneeberger.
