Police Accountability Board Wants More Pepper-Spray Bodycam Video Released

The Rochester Police Accountability Board is calling on the City to publicly release additional body camera footage recorded when a 9-year-old girl was handcuffed and pepper-sprayed.

The Board has seen the unredacted footage, and says it shows how officers dealt with the girl's calls for help as she sat in the back of the police car.

The board is reviewing police conduct during the incident last Friday on Avenue B, and is asking the police department to supply all the information needed for the review.
