UPDATE: The man killed yesterday afternoon in a Spencerport Road crash has been identified as 63-year-old Paul Laudico of Bergen.
Gates police say traffic charges are expected in a deadly crash on Spencerport Road.
It happened yesterday afternoon as a man driving a compact car was waiting to make a left turn onto Virginia Manor Drive.
Police say his car was rear-ended by a garbage truck, the car was then pushed into the path of an oncoming pickup truck and was hit again.
The driver of the car was killed.
The other drivers are OK.
