A driver is facing charges following a crash on Route 104 near the Holt Road exit in Webster.
State Police say Timothy Cody was traveling too fast for the road conditions this morning, went off the road, struck a guide rail and a tree and then flipped.
Cody was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
A six month old infant was in the vehicle and was also taken to Strong Hospital for precautions.
Cody was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree.
