Some good news for engaged couples in New York State.
Governor Cuomo is allowing wedding receptions to resume on March 15th.
The rules say the reception venue can't exceed 50 percent capacity -- up to150 people, and all guests have to be tested for coronavirus. Details of how that is to be done have to be worked out.
The local health department also needs to approve.
