Rochester Police say the discovery of a body earlier this month will be treated as a suspicious death until the Monroe County Medical Examiner’s Office makes an official ruling.
Police say the body of 39-year-old Carlos Fuentes of Gates was found in the field behind 617 Lexington Avenue.
The official cause and manner of his death is pending the toxicology reports.
