Governor Cuomo is telling Black and Latino New Yorkers they shouldn't fear the coronavirus vaccine.
That message was the focus of remarks he taped for Rochester's Mt. Olivet Baptist Church
The church on Adams Street will serve as a pop-up vaccination site today. The 250 appointments have been filled.
Cuomo said the state will work with churches, housing projects and community centers for a racially-equitable distribution of the vaccine as it's available.
