Rochester Mayor Lovely Warren and her two co-defendants reportedly WON'T have their trial on campaign finance violations moved out of Rochester.
13WHAM reports a judge has denied a change of venue motion, saying it failed to meet the burden of demonstrating a fair and impartial trial would be impossible.
Warren was indicted in October, along with the treasurer of her 2017 re-election campaign, Albert Jones Jr., and the treasurer of her political action committee -- Rosiland Brooks Harris.
They are accused of shuffling money between the PAC and the campaign to get around campaign finance regulations.
