A Rochester man has been arrested today after the FBI identified him as one of the rioters who broke into the Capitol Building in Washington last week.
Dominic Pezzola is facing charges of obstruction of an official proceeding; destruction of government property and entering restricted buildings or grounds. Pezzola is accused of breaking windows at the Capitol building.
According to the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Western District of New York, Pezzola is due to make his first court appearance at 2 o'clock this afternoon.
