The state health department says it won't make an exception to the 10 p.m. curfew at bars and restaurants for this Saturday night's Bills playoff game.
The decision means fans would have to leave around halftime.
The state says the curfew is in place to reduce the spread of the virus. The CDC says indoor dining is a higher-risk activity.
But bar owners say the alternative is for fans to gather at home with friends and that also spreads the virus.
