Governor Cuomo delivered his fourth day of extended State of the State remarks today.
The governor unveiled plans for several new infrastructure projects, including several in Rochester.
Cuomo says one of the projects will be improvements to the I-390/490 Interchange. The State will complete a 150 million dollar project this year to ease access and improve traffic flow along Route 31, Route 390 and the 390/490 interchange.
Cuomo says more than half of the ROC the Riverway projects will also be completed this year, including the expansion of the Blue Cross Arena.
