The governor also discussed his goal of advancing the "green economy" throughout New York, including renewable energy and businesses tied into "climate change." Cuomo went on to say shutdowns aren't sustainable due to both the economy and mental health while adding that "rebuilding" for a post-pandemic world is also a focus.
