Governor Cuomo is calling on the Homeland Security agency to require all airline travelers to the United States have a negative COVID-19 test result before they're allowed in the country.
120 countries including Canada are requiring passengers to present a negative COVID test before boarding international flights, but the U.S. does not -- except for travelers coming from the United Kingdom.
Cuomo says 70-to-80-thousand international passengers arrive at Kennedy Airport in New York City each week, and any of them could be carrying the coronavirus.
