No Arrests in Rochester, Irondequoit Bank Robberies

Police in Irondequoit and Rochester are investigating a pair of bank robberies.

Irondequoit Police say the ESL Federal Credit Union branch on East Ridge Road was held up about 11:00 a.m. by someone who handed a teller a note demanding money.

He fled up East Ridge Road, and police are asking anyone who may have seen him to call 911 with their information.

Several hours later, a Rochester bank was held up.

Police are investigating whether they may have been committed by the same suspect.
