Two young adults are in in police custody for allegedly wounding a 35 year-old man in Rochester.
It happened last night near Saint Paul Street and Seth Green Drive. Police say the man was struck by a vehicle then cut with a box cutter.
The man's injuries are considered minor.
Criminal charges are pending against a 19-year-old man and and 18-year-old woman.
