Genesee Keg Tree Lighting Called Off This Year

The Genesee Brew House is announcing that they won't be participating in one of their most anticipated holiday traditions, the lighting of the Genesee keg tree.

Genesee Brewery officials say they decided to skip the lighting ceremony this year out of an abundance of caution during the pandemic.

But they say they will still be providing lots of holiday cheer with not one but two holiday beers: A Blood Orange Cranberry Cream Ale and a Bourbon Barrel Aged Winter Warmer.

The beers will be available for pick-up only at the Brew House starting this Friday, December 4.
