The man charged in a crash last week in Ogden that critically injured a mother of three is due back in Town Court this afternoon.
Andrew Reardon, of Ogden, was charged with driving while impaired by drugs and running a stop sign in the crash on Buffalo Road.
Police say he turned in front of a vehicle driven by Julia Resto. She was seven months pregnant. Her baby was delivered by emergency C-section but lived only a few hours.
Reardon is expected to face additional charges.
