A fire has damaged the Community Food Cupboard on Nester Street yesterday.
Fire crews brought the fire under control within about 10 minutes, and were able to save a good portion of the donated food.
Administrator Maribeth Weed tells 13WHAM they still need to have the food checked out.
The building is currently without power, which could endanger refrigerated and frozen food.
