Counterfeit Merchandise Seized at Rochester Airport

U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers at the Rochester Airport have seized nearly $2 million worth of unsafe and counterfeit merchandise and drug paraphernalia.

The 193 items were seized from multiple shipments that were targeted during October.

Some of the items infringed on U.S. trademarks, copyrights, and patents. Others had false country-of-origin markings, health and safety issues, and valuation issues.
