State police say five people were hurt when a tractor-trailer hit a stolen car on I-390 in Steuben County.
It happened early yesterday morning when troopers say the car was stopped in a travel lane and was hit from behind.
The car had been reported stolen last week from New York City.
One of those injured in the car was a four-year-old, and the driver was charged with driving drunk with a child, possession of stolen property and vehicular assault.
An adult passenger is in critical condition
