Two Killed in Geneva Crash

UPDATE: New York State Police say they have charged the driver of a vehicle that crashed into a motorcycle in Geneva over the weekend, killing two people.

State Police say they have charged 24 year-old Isma Ballesteros Cisneros with two counts of vehicular manslaughter and driving while intoxicated.

Troopers say John Hobart and Charlena Foster both of Tully, were killed Saturday when the motorcycle they were on was struck by Cisneros, who had turned left in front of them causing the crash.

The investigation is ongoing.

State Police say Two people were killed in Geneva when a car driving on Routes 5 and 20 turned left into the path of an oncoming motorcycle. Both people on the motorcycle were thrown and later pronounced dead at the hospital. Their names have not yet been released. The driver of the car suffered minor injuries and was charged with drunken driving. More charges are pending.
