A Wayne County Grand Jury has handed up indictments against three people in the death of Rafael Martinez of Clyde.
His wife, Linda Martinez, has been indicted for second degree murder, criminal possession of a weapon and tampering with physical evidence. She remains in the Wayne County Jail.
Twenty-seven-year-old Brandon Williams and 54-year-old Mark Shannon are each indicted on charges of criminal possession of a weapon and evidence tampering. They were arrested yesterday.
The body of Rafael Martinez was found last month in the Seneca River in Cayuga County.
