25th Congressional District - The district is located entirely within Monroe County, centered on the city of Rochester.
Mitris has run ads centered around Legislator Sabrina LaMar's claim he tried to have her fired from her position at Rochester Institute of Technology.
In the June primary Morelle defeated Brighton town board member Robin Wilt.
Morelle announced in 2018 that he would run to replace the late Congresswoman Louise Slaughter.
He previously served in Albany in the 136th Assembly District.
