Interim Rochester Police Chief Cynthia Herriott-Sullivan has released her 90-day plan to reform the department.
Filling leadership posts, meeting with stakeholders, and identifying best law enforcement procedures are among the highlights of the 8-point plan.
The chief also makes it a priority to get feedback from the community on how best the RPD can serve the public.
Herriott-Sullivan considers the plan a key step in re-establishing trust in the department, following the Daniel Prude death and recent violence outbreaks.
