The state Attorney General's office is not ruling out suing the Trump Administration over its COVID-19 vaccine distribution plan.
AG Letitia James says the plan to use private pharmacies to distribute vaccine doses will hurt the economically disadvantaged.
James also says the Trump plan doesn't have the capacity to get everyone inoculated quickly enough.
